Kami Rita Sherpa and Lhakpa Sherpa hold the world records for the most ascents of the world’s highest peak. Lhakpa Sherpa has made it to the top nine times, more than any other woman, while Kami Rita Sherpa has been there an incredible 24 times, twice in less than two weeks!
