Zora Ball, a 7-year-old first-grader at Philadelphia’s Harambee Institute of Science and Technology Charter School, developed a full-fledged mobile application video game; she built the app using the Bootstrap programming language, and she unveiled her game at FATE’s “Bootstrap Expo” at the University of Pennsylvania, breaking the record for the Youngest Video Game Programmer.
